Q: How much does delivery cost?
A: Standard delivery costs €10.00 for orders under €250, and is FREE for orders of €250 or more.
Q: When do deliveries arrive?
Your toys will be delivered within 1 week. For example, if you order at 9 am on Monday your toys will arrive by latest the Monday after.
Orders placed after 12:30pm will be considered as having been placed the next working day.
Q: Does ELC deliver overseas?
A: No. We cannot deliver any orders overseas. We cannot accept any overseas orders from the web or over the phone.
