Why order by phone?

All our products are only a phone call away! For your convenience, knowledgeable sales personnel are standing by to assist you in selecting the right product for you, and can accept payment and complete your order right over the phone.

Payment and delivery

How can I pay?

You can use most local based credit cards and pay over the phone by giving us your credit card details, purchasing a product by email by sending us your credit card details in the email or come to one of our local stores. However you decide to pay, the price of your order stays the same. So simply choose whichever is most convenient for you. We also accept most major international credit cards.

When will my order arrive?

You will receive your toys within a week of placing your order. Some toys will take longer to deliver; please check accurate delivery details by sending us an email. We aim to get the toys to you as fast as possible.

How much does delivery cost?

Standard delivery is FREE for any order of €250 or over. Standard delivery costs €10 for any order under €250.
The cost remains the same regardless of how many items your order contains – or how big they are.
The under €250 threshold includes any promotional code discount. (For example, if you had a 10% off voucher, and bought €210 of toys, your order would cost €189, so delivery would be €10).
