Early Learning Centre – Malta, is part of an international network of franchise stores in 15 different countries world wide. There are two ELC stores in Malta – one store is in Merchant’s Street in Valletta and the other store is in St. Paul’s Street in Rabat.
ELC is a franchise owned by AMCA Ltd, whose Chairman is Marlene Mizzi and the Managing Director is Alexandra Mizzi. AMCA Ltd was registered in 1980 with the scope of focusing on retail business. The ELC franchise was acquired by the company in 1996. Plans for expansion include another franchise store in another part of the island for the convenience of our increasing clientele. ELC, known for its highly educational, safe and good value for money toys, is also a supplier of education toys and equipment to many of the kindergartens and primary schools.
